You can model different fluids in the same AFT Impulse model by specifying Variable Fluid Properties in the System Properties window. Once Variable Fluid Properties is specified, the fluid information you input in the System Properties window is the default fluid, but you can specify a different fluid in any pipe in the model by opening the pipe’s Properties window, clicking on the Fluid Properties tab (which appears after you specify Variable Fluid Properties in the System Properties window), then clicking on the Fluid Properties icon and specifying the fluid in that pipe in this window (see the attached image).

Note that AFT Impulse (and AFT Fathom and Arrow, for that matter), cannot predict the change in physical properties due to chemical reactions.
