Asnt Ut Level Iii Exam

As other exams only have example questions. I believe that the course material books should be question and explanation only.

The question, answer is a quick was to pass an exam but no way to learn a subject. This could be the reason why a lot (but not all) of level 3’s, are not up to par. 19:55 Oct-03-2012 Engineering, Industry, USA, Joined Aug 2012 Re: ASNT Level III Exam In Reply to Andrew Cunningham. The ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Question and Answer booklets are published and availabe from the ASNT for the use and beneifit of the industry.

It is ethical because they are examples of questions similar to ones that may or may not be on a test. Other industries have 'example' questions and answers such as the American Welding Society, the American Petroleum Institute, etc.

Level 3 Communications

I have taken many Level III examinations through the ASNT and can assure you that these question and answer booklets can help you with a foundation, but they will fall far short of enabling you to pass the examinations. My personal opinion is that a lot of Level IIIs are not up to par because they have not had the practical hands on experience. Experience requirements are lessened when the individual meets certain education requirements. Another reason is that some may have very specific industry experience and are able to gain Level III certification but, when they venture into other industries with different conditions, equipment, techniques, etc., they are lost.
